Breathing to calm the mind

Ahhh…..

To calm the mind.

  • Sit up tall but relaxed.
  • Take a comfortable inhale through your nose
  • Breathe out through the nose all the way, then pause.
  • Wait for your body to tell you when to breathe n again.
  • Let the breath in, feeling the space in your body
  • Exhale again, allowing yourself to feel empty for a moment.
  • Repeat two or three times and move forward with your day.
