To calm the mind.
- Sit up tall but relaxed.
- Take a comfortable inhale through your nose
- Breathe out through the nose all the way, then pause.
- Wait for your body to tell you when to breathe n again.
- Let the breath in, feeling the space in your body
- Exhale again, allowing yourself to feel empty for a moment.
- Repeat two or three times and move forward with your day.
