How do you begin each day?

I recently read “The 5 am Club” by Robin Sharma.  I have been a fan of his writing since I read “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari “many years ago.

I love the way he weaves a story into each lesson and there are many lessons throughout his books.

The simple message from this book is own your morning by devoting the first 60 minutes of the day to YOU. The idea is do each of the 3 steps below for 20 minutes.

Awaken each day at 5 am for 66 days

Begin each day with the 20/20/20 rule:

  1. Movement(sweat)
  2. Reflection/Meditation/Prayer
  3. Growth (read or listen to something to stimulate learning.

There is much more to the book so I suggest reading it for yourself. I have no financial interest but I Love sharing good books.
