Greatness begins on the other side of your comfort zone

Each of us a daily routine that we have become comfortable with. It may be a job outside the home with set hours, or it may be a routine as a wife, mother, grandmother, caregiver, writer, etc.

Regardless of what it is, we get comfortable doing the same things the same way. It feels natural often because we have developed a habit of doing things the same way, at the same time every day.

Change could be as simple as trying a new food, driving a different path to work, trying a different exercise routine, learning a new language, or adopting a new hobby.

  • What stops us from experiencing something different?
  • Is it fear of success or fear of failure?
  • Is it lack of knowledge on where or how to start?
  • What is your comfort zone?
  • Can you visualize yourself on the other side of your comfort zone?
