I am sharing some tips on “Meditating on Your Own” by Tiara Lashawna

                                                        It’s Easy to tap into your inner peace whenever you need to

  1. Find a safe +comfortable space to sit where you won’t be disturbed.
  2. Sit like a flower to allow breath to flow
  3. Close your eyes & scan your body for any sensations; dive inward
  4. Begin to breath in and out deeply and fully; as you repeat “rise & fall” in your mind gently   
  5. Focus on where you feel your breath the most and stay present there.
