Health and Productivity

Are health and productivity related? Are you creating what you want?

Health is Everything. If we believe that Health is Everything, then everything is related. So, Health is related to productivity.

I listed to a podcast by Brendan Burchard on this subject and it really made sense.

How many times have we chosen the easy task instead of the most important?

Have you ever been distracted when working on a project? 

I know that I have been distracted at times and I noticed it happens most often when I am fatigued (TIRED). I sometimes literally run in circles, but not effective. My brain says I don’t feel like doing this so I do the least thought-provoking thing such as social media, channel surfing, eating when not hungry, laundry, or another mindless task. In other words, I consume instead of create. Just remember distractions delay progress and productivity. It’s ok to take intentional breaks.  The key word is intentional. Choose rather than be driven by fatigue.

So how are you feeling?  Evaluate yourself honestly.  

What do you need to do?

Sleep Better? Eat Better? Meditate more or Exercise more?

What do you need to stop?

What do you need to start?

Where do you want to be?

What do you want to release and let go?

There are no right or wrong answers.  This is an inside job for YOU! Remember Inner change always happens before outer change.

Don’t beat yourself up.  Just pick yourself up and get back in your Game.  It’s ok to not have it all figured out. Just take the first step, then another. You can always change what you want. It’s your life and only YOU can decide how you want to live it.

Remember, you are your greatest hero.
