Try this breathing tip from the segment “ Ahhh……….
Deep Breathing to help wake up and release tension
- Lie down and give your toes a wiggle
- Touch the crown of your head to become attuned to the top of your body
- Breathe in and imagine your inhale traveling down to your toes.
- Exhale and feel your breath moving back up to your head.
- Inhale again, just down to your knees and exhale back up.
- Keep breathing into your pelvis and exhale to crown
- Then inhale into belly and out to crown
- Next into your chest and out
- Into your jaw and out until you have completed the entire body
- Feel more relaxed and alert.
