Try this breathing tip from the segment “ Ahhh……….

Deep Breathing to help wake up and release tension

  • Lie down and give your toes a wiggle
  • Touch the crown of your head to become attuned to the top of your body
  • Breathe in and imagine your inhale traveling down to your toes.
  • Exhale and feel your breath moving back up to your head.
  • Inhale again, just down to your knees and exhale back up.
  • Keep breathing into your pelvis and exhale to crown
  • Then inhale into belly and out to crown
  • Next into your chest and out
  • Into your jaw and out until you have completed the entire body
  • Feel more relaxed and alert.
