I sent an email about beliefs last week. Here is a brief recap:
Our beliefs are our own inner perceptions of what is true about ourselves, the world, and how we fit into it. Beliefs are sometimes in line with facts, and they vary from person to person, based in fact or fiction, emotion or logic. They can come from our environment or people
Beliefs are often subconscious and can surface even when we are not aware of them.
Whether or not we realize it, our beliefs make up a powerful driving force that is constantly influencing our behavior, our actions, and our outcomes.
We don’t often actively reflect on them and whether they are serving our best interests, because over time our brains have simply accepted them as being true.
Remember everything is created twice. It begins as a thought.
